Playing in the Trees

Trees are good.I am playing arond the Lala and Pal's house in Birmingham one afternoon and it was great. In Sudan woods helped us alot special in hiding. Sitting under the tree is also one of things we do it provide us living room. Building house also needs trees and alot of things so i love sitting under the tree that is why i went to play

Why NOT?

This Question of Why Not it seems to be something small but it is not. I love this Question the reason here many people thought that they can not afford to do some of certain things But for me i will do all things through Christ who have given me Victory Philippians 4:13. I was like other people but when i read this verse it have given me the power to do all things. Stop complaining and believe that you will do all things.

Back to Dorm

The dorm is ok. Have a great first 101 class. I know you will do great! Miss you guys! This was my FB post after returning the Sudanese to Southern Union in Wadley to begin their summer school class. When we arrived yesterday [Sunday] afternoon, with the instructions that they had to be at the dorm to move in before 3pm, it was locked up tighter than Dick's Hatband. Not a sole in sight and darker than pitch. We begin making phone calls to find out what was going on and did we miss something here. To make matters worse, our cell phones from Birmingham do not work in Wadley, Alabama. The giant NOTE on the dorm door - MOVE IN MONDAY Begins at 2pm -was absolutely correct. So here we sit on Sunday with a truck load and pulling a trailer full of goods and nowhere to go. We ended up at the Wadley Baptist Church, backed the door of the trailer up to a tree so no one could get in and left Bullen and Andrew with their backpacks with a church member to keep until tomorrow! All I could think of as I drove away was: What it must feel like in a foreign county to have no home, no family, no phone, no keys, no car, no money, only the few donated possessions. Their FAITH in God is AMAZING! You guys have shown me so much! xoxoxoxox Mama Lala

Blair Girl

Americans have the system of keeping the pets at house and this is very good thing to learn for me i do not know much about keeping the pets because we do have dogs and cats in Sudan but we keep the dogs for hunting and cat to get ready of mouse from the house. i remember my Dede(grand mother) have a cat and we all love the cat. My mother Lala has blair and i love her so much she is always ready to deal with somebody who is coming in the house.

Catle

We are not catle keepers in the Sudan but we are people who only have garden and few goat and sheep we keep but some tribes in Sudan are catle keepers and this always briend problem between the farmers and catle keepers. but now some of our people are getting the catle and i hope some times to come we will have more catle in our village.

Under the Tree

Who said the learning place is only in the building. I first go to school under the tree in the Sudan and we are writing on the grand. as result of that i aways have problem of run on sentences. But i am proud because even we were in the forest hiding our self from the Arabs we are still going to school under the tree. If it is raining there will be no school because there is no building for us go to study, and walking 5-7 miles one way to school and coming back how we are already tired but thank God for helping me to make through allot of dangerous animal but God helped me. Today i am studying in United States of America which can not be compared with what i have seen before surely i am not forgotten God is faithfully to me.

What is IT

The bible said let every thing with breath praise the Lord. In Sudan we use this thing when singing the praise Psalm 150

Big Drive

When i was growing i did not dreamed of driving because i have no hope of that, As you can see this is my first time to drive and it was very good. Lala, Pal and Bom-mboooooooooo we went out one night to drive and it was great i hope when i went back i will drive my self.

"C" Dreams
